1. Overview
Thank you for supporting vintage horology. As our curation consists of pre-owned, vintage timepieces, please review these policies carefully prior to purchase. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. 7-Day Movement Warranty
We provide a strict 7-day warranty on the internal watch movement, which begins on the date the tracking status confirms the item as "Delivered." This warranty exclusively covers internal mechanical or electronic failures that occur under conditions of normal wear.
3. Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Water damage — vintage timepieces are not guaranteed to be waterproof, regardless of their original factory specifications. Please keep the watch away from water.
- Accidental damage — including drops, heavy impacts, broken or smashed crystals, and damage to the crown or stem resulting from forced winding.
- Cosmetic wear — the warranty does not extend to any scratches or signs of wear that develop after the watch has been delivered.
4. Returns, Repairs, and Final Sales
All sales are considered final once the 7-day warranty window has expired. Any repairs, maintenance, or battery replacements required after the delivery date are the sole financial responsibility of the buyer.
